Cancellation & Refund Policy

1. Order Cancellation

Once a shipment is booked and payment is processed, cancellations are not allowed except under special circumstances approved by our management.

2. Refunds

Refunds are only issued if payment was made in error or for services that we are unable to provide. All refund requests must be submitted in writing to our support team within 7 days of payment.

3. Refund Processing

Approved refunds will be processed within 7-10 working days via the original payment method.
